With the 2020 Presidential election behind us, please see certain proposals below that were mentioned by President-elect Biden during the campaign.

Please note that SobelCo does not suggest that any of these proposals will become law.  Tax law is written by Congress and then it is up to the President to either sign it or veto it.  However, as in all presidential elections, taxes were very much a “front and center” issue for voters to consider.

The purpose of the following chart is to provide a quick reference guide that highlights certain tax proposals offered by President-elect Biden. Please note this chart does not reflect all the Biden tax proposals but has been limited to those we think will be of most interest to you.  If you have any questions, we encourage you to call or email your SobelCo tax professional.
