Adam Lipkin is a Member of the Firm at SobelCo. He leads engagements in the Firm’s Assurance Practice, working closely with clients across various industries with a particular focus on the manufacturing/distribution and construction sectors and the rapidly evolving areas of software, technology, and life sciences. With the State of New Jersey earning its reputation as a leader in these industries, Adam has assumed responsibility for serving businesses in these critical niches. His depth of knowledge and understanding of mergers and acquisitions, due to diligence, advisory services, and experience working with private equity, venture capital, and angel investors, is his depth of knowledge and understanding of mergers and acquisitions. The Firm’s clients rely on his insights and suggestions throughout their engagements.

Over the years, Adam has developed many multi-disciplinary skills demanded by the various engagements he handles. In addition to his work on traditional assurance engagements, Adam is a significant contributor to the Firm’s corporate litigation support and monitorship projects. For example, he played a critical role as a member of the Fortress Monitoring Group forensic accounting team assigned as an integrity monitor for the construction of One World Trade Center. In this capacity, Adam performed field audits of trade contractors on the construction site and assumed responsibility for monitoring a principal high-risk contractor as part of the project.
