Alan D. Sobel is the Managing Member of SobelCo. He is responsible for facilitating the firm's strategic direction and day-to-day management. Alan has considerable experience with mergers and acquisitions and delivers added value by working with clients on sourcing deals, negotiating and structuring transactions, financial and business due diligence, and transaction financing.
In addition, Alan advises business owners of privately held entities in the manufacturing, retail, construction, real estate development, distribution, and financial services industries. He applies his expertise in financial reporting, tax planning for businesses and high-net-worth individuals, and strategic business planning.
