Brandi S. Cerasuolo is a Senior Manager in the Tax Practice at SobelCo. As an attorney specializing in estate, gift and trust tax returns, and advisory services, Brandi brings a strategic perspective to the firm’s clients. During her early years as a practicing attorney, she focused on each client’s needs regarding their estate planning matters, including advising and recommending estate planning strategies. As such she gained a depth of experience representing both high-net-worth individuals and small business owners. She was especially appreciated for helping them with the various phases of succession planning, including drafting a wide range of estate planning documents.

Over the years Brandi’s career has evolved as she had grown increasingly more experienced, transitioning from Associate Attorney to Tax Attorney to Senior Manager, Trust & Estates. Today she is recognized for her ability to prepare complex trust and estate income tax returns, Form 709 Gift Tax Returns and Form 706 Estate Tax Returns. In addition, Brandi provides wise counsel to clients on tax and trust administration compliance while addressing all of their estate planning objectives.
