Cindy Duffy is the Director of Firm Administration at SobelCo. She began her career in the firm's administrative department and advanced over the years. The success of her career is due, in part, to her passion for the firm, its clients, and staff and her willingness to tackle whatever challenge comes her way.
Cindy's flexibility and resiliency paid off, especially as she assumed responsibility for all the firm's day-to-day activities, including payroll, receivables and payables, equipment maintenance and other critical functions. The administrative staff report directly to Cindy, and she can ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to a culture that supports and nurtures all of the employees at every level.
Through the years, Cindy has won the trust and respect of the firm's leaders. She is included in strategic planning meetings and is valued for her objective perspective and unique approach.
