Enid Guzman, CPA, is a Senior Manager at SobelCo, with a depth of experience in the assurance area. While serving in this role, she provides audits, reviews, and compilations for the firm’s closely held business clients. When working with the privately held, middle market business owner, Enid is often called on to perform due diligence for merger and acquisition activities and provide reports on the quality of earnings. She also assumes responsibility for offering strategic direction and consulting advice as needed under the engagement circumstances.

It is important to note that Enid also has a specialty in conducting the Uniform Guidance and Yellow Book Audits that can be required for nonprofit organizations. As a resource for the nonprofit community, she also completes the Internal Revenue Service Form 990 (state charitable registrations), providing the information needed for tax-exempt organizations.
