Mary Ellen is responsible forSobelCo'ss audit work with Broker-Dealers, Hedge Funds, and Investment Advisors. Her experience and depth of knowledge of FINRA, The PCAOB and, The SEC are essential to our clients'’ regulatory reporting needs and requirements.

Mary Ellen has worked with entrepreneurs and corporate CEOs alike, serving clients in the financial, manufacturing, retail, technology, nonprofit and social services. In addition, her breadth of knowledge and deep understanding of business has assisted clients in other fields, ranging from employee benefit plans to managing client engagements involving Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Mary Ellen's audit background is augmented by her skilled efforts in tax preparation and advice on corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.

Mary Ellen's unique professional history has made her an invaluable asset to SobelCo. She served as a CPA with one of the country's "top 3" Accounting firms for more than ten years, and she also served as the Director of Accounting of Finance for a healthcare system in Pennsylvania.
