Lockwood

Molly Lockwood is the Director of Human Resources at SobelCo. She brings more than 20 years of experience to this position. As a result of working with accounting firms of all sizes, including the “Big Four,” Molly has been able to establish best practices at SobelCo based on the knowledge she has gained across a wide range of diverse situations.

Molly began her career in human resources with Deloitte, where she initially supported the Human Resource Director, the Recruiting Director, and the Benefits Director. Working closely with these three directors, she quickly acquired the knowledge necessary to advance first to Recruiting Coordinator and then to Professional Development Coordinator.

With each role, Molly gained new insights and knowledge. She became a Human Resources Specialist managing employee relations, recruiting college students and experienced staff, performance management, salary administration, training and development, and employee benefit communications for approximately 350 partners and employees. In addition, she was valuable as she assisted in reorganizing departments, running orientation programs, and counseling employees during the merger process.

Molly has developed various programs throughout her career that have benefited SobelCo and its employees.
