Alan D. Sobel, the Managing Member of SobelCo, is responsible for facilitating the strategic direction and the day-to-day management of the firm.  Alan has considerable experience with mergers and acquisitions and delivers added value working with clients on sourcing deals, negotiating and structuring transactions, financial and business due diligence and transaction financing. 

In addition, Alan advises business owners of privately held entities in the manufacturing, retail, construction, distribution, real estate development and financial services industries, applying his expertise in the areas of financial reporting, tax planning for businesses and high net worth individuals, and strategic business planning.

  • Seven years as the President of the Board of Directors for Spectrum 360 (formerly The Children’s Institute), a nonprofit school for emotionally challenged and autistic children where he continues to remain involved as a passionate advocate

  • Previous chair of the CPA 5K for the Benefit of Children’s Charities
